SAN DIEGO — A man was struck and killed by a Coaster Wednesday evening around 7:53 p.m., according to San Diego Police. The accident took place near Kurtz and Noell streets.
North Country Transit District initially closed the tracks between the Old Town station and Santa Fe Depot due to police activity, but have since reopened them according to Sheriff's officials.
The San Diego Sheriff's Department will handle the investigation. No information about the deceased has been released yet.
