The mission of the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation is to foster a thriving community envisioned and realized by its residents. This year, organizers are holding their first-ever Hispanic Heritage Festival at the open-air Market Creek Plaza Amphitheater. The free, all-day tribute to Hispanic heritage will include music, live entertainment, a low rider car show, crafts, Latin dance workshops, a fashion show and more.
