CARLSBAD, Calif. — The Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch opened Sunday for another season of colorful attractions. Staff at the fields expect a “strong, healthy” bloom following recent rains.
A 50-acre display of Tecolote Ranunculus is one well-liked feature of the Flower Fields in Carlsbad. The 2020 season at the fields will include live music on weekends as well as food vendors.

New at the Flower Fields this year will be fresh blueberry picking in late March and April.
The Flower Fields will be open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily through May 10, 2020. Admission is $18 for adults, $16 for seniors 60+ and military, $9 for children 3–10 and free for children under the age of 3. Season passes and group tours are also available. Parking is free.
