SANTEE, Calif. — Two elderly adults were found dead inside their Santee home Sunday morning, San Diego Sheriff's Department says.
The deaths are being investigated as a homicide.
Deputies arrived to a senior living facility on the 300 block of Lantern Way in Santee just before 11:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Both victims, a man and a woman, were already dead when law enforcement arrived. They both appeared to have head trauma, Sheriff's said.
Investigators are not releasing the identities of the two victims until they can contact family members.
