Seaport Village is hosting a really cool series of free events in February (13th - 21st) called OCEAN OPTIMISM in partnership with the Port of San Diego, Birch Aquarium and Scripps Institution of Oceanography to bring family-friendly entertainment and hands-on educational activations to the San Diego Bay waterfront.
