SAN DIEGO — More than 30 dogs arrived at Rancho Coastal Humane Society Tuesday after being flown in from a shelter in Mississippi.
The relationship between Rancho Coastal Humane Society and St. Francis in Mississippi began after Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
