Firefighters rescue man stuck on border wall Tuesday

The man is currently in U.S. Border Patrol's custody.

OTAY, San Diego — Firefighters from Station 38 in Otay helped Border Patrol rescue a man stuck on the international border wall around sunrise on Tuesday. 

According to Julia Martony of CAL FIRE, firefighters were able to rescue the victim using a ladder. No one was hurt. The man is currently in U.S. Border Patrol's custody. More information about his identity and residency are unknown at this time.
