SAN DIEGO — The musical artists set to headline the 2024 San Diego Pride festival have been revealed.

“As an out, queer, black artist, who uses drag to express myself, I am honored to be Making History Now at San Diego Pride, to entertain and stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community in San Diego and across the world,” Hall said.

The theme for Pride 2024 is titled “Making History Now,” celebrating the 50th anniversary of the first LGBTQIA+ Pride marches in San Diego.

“Let us not forget those who came before us and continue to strive for equality in every form, Making History Now is about honoring our journey while blazing the trail for the next,” Sheila E. said.

The 2023 San Diego Pride Festival featured local LGBTQ+ artists across six stages and art exhibits. Along with local businesses, interactive cultural presentations, delicious food, HIV testing, and more.
