The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County dropped six-tenths of a cent Sunday to $3.974, its lowest amount since April 11.
The average price has fallen 19 times in the last 20 days, dropping a total of 12.6 cents, including nine-tenths of a cent Friday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

It is 4.8 cents less than one week ago and 9 cents lower than one month ago, but 21.3 cents more than one year ago.
